Star Wars Zero Company Achievements Guide

This Star Wars Zero Company achievements guide organizes all 53 Steam goals into campaign, difficulty, roster, Bond, combat, and completion planning.

How many achievements are there?

Steam lists 53 achievements for Star Wars Zero Company at launch. Some descriptions are hidden because they reveal campaign events, so a useful roadmap separates visible mechanical requirements from story spoilers.

This page does not reproduce every hidden title or plot condition. Use the linked Steam list when you actively want the complete reveal.

Spoiler-free achievement groups

Campaign difficulty

The visible completion ladder includes:

  • Hired Gun: finish on Story or higher.
  • Veteran: finish on Normal or higher.
  • Operator: finish on Hard or higher.
  • Captain: finish on Expert.
  • Legend: finish on Expert with Beskar Mode.

The wording “or higher” on the first three suggests that a higher-difficulty completion can satisfy lower tiers, while Expert and Expert plus Beskar have their own endpoints. Confirm unlock behavior before deleting a completed save.

Recruitment and roster

Visible goals reward recruiting an Operator, customizing a company member, and building a large roster. Full Roster requires 20 recruited Operators in one campaign. Plan roster-capacity rewards and recruitment spending before the final cycles rather than trying to buy every slot at the end.

Bonds and squad identity

Bond achievements include reaching Very High Bond with particular pair types, including two custom Operators and two astromechs. These goals reward sustained deployment and Cross Training, so rotate the required pairs before the campaign is nearly finished.

Combat feats

The visible list includes defeating enemies from higher elevation, knocking an enemy out of the combat space, landing a very low-percentage shot, missing a very high-percentage shot, and equipping four Weapon Mods to one weapon. Several are naturally earned; the mod-slot requirement benefits from deliberate Zone and upgrade planning.

Operations and long-term completion

Active Duty requires 50 Optional Missions, while Across the Stars requires every Zone Reward. Both are long-horizon goals. They should influence Holotable and Zone decisions from early in the campaign.

A low-spoiler roadmap

  1. Decide whether the Expert plus Beskar clear is an enjoyable goal before starting.
  2. Recruit steadily and preserve enough capacity to reach 20 Operators.
  3. Develop at least one custom/custom and one astromech/astromech Bond pair.
  4. Spread Influence with the all-Zone goal in mind.
  5. Track Optional Missions rather than assuming the main story supplies enough.
  6. Review hidden achievements only after the first playthrough if story discovery matters.

Dynamic information note

Achievement completion percentages on Steam change continuously and are not copied into this article. The count and visible conditions were checked on September 2, 2026 against Steam’s official global achievement page.
