The current achievement baseline
Steam lists 126 achievements for Big Ambitions on September 2, 2026. The live page includes tiered chains for successful businesses, employee counts and skills, customer volume, weekly income, bank balance, vehicles, repairs, warehouses, property, taxes, and other activities.
Because the list changed with the full release and can change again, treat 126 as a dated 1.0 baseline rather than a permanent total.
Plan completion around one growing save
Many goals reward milestones that naturally overlap. A company expanding from one retail location to multiple businesses can also advance employee, warehouse, revenue, vehicle, and wealth chains. Review the full list early so normal progression counts toward several goals at once.
Keep separate notes for three categories:
- Scale goals: business count, customers, employees, skill, income, and cash.
- Asset goals: vehicles, repair spending, warehouses, apartments, and owned buildings.
- Activity goals: objectives, taxi rides, casino results, design spending, and late-game leisure systems.
Avoid destructive cleanup
Do not jeopardize the only profitable company merely to accelerate a spending or penalty achievement. Make a dated backup before expensive cleanup, and verify the live description because similar bronze, silver, and gold names can have different thresholds.
Steam’s global percentages are useful for seeing rarity, but they move as more players unlock achievements. They are not a recommended order.
