The delivery chain
A warehouse does not automatically replenish stores. The confirmed chain is a warehouse holding the correct products, a suitable vehicle parked for warehouse work, an assigned delivery driver, a Logistics Manager working from headquarters, and a delivery plan that names destinations and target quantities.
A Purchasing Agent performs a different job. That employee arranges importer deliveries into the warehouse. The Logistics Manager sends warehouse inventory onward to company locations.
Diagnose a missing delivery in order
- Confirm the destination still needs the product and the configured target is above its current stock.
- Confirm that product is physically present on compatible warehouse storage.
- Check that the vehicle is assigned to the warehouse and a driver is assigned to it.
- Check that the Logistics Manager is scheduled at a headquarters desk and computer.
- Open the manager’s delivery plan and confirm the store and item are included.
- Check the schedule and capacity rather than assuming the route runs instantly.
This order separates supply failures from routing failures. Changing every setting at once can hide the original problem.
The official 3674 hotfix fixed a quitting-employee state that could stop logistics, imports, deliveries, and training. Before dismantling a correctly configured route, update to Build 3674 or later and advance to the next in-game day so the repaired employee state can clear.
Imports are an upstream system
If the warehouse itself is empty, review the Purchasing Agent, importer contract, ordered goods, and available storage. A delivery route cannot send stock that never arrived. For a small company, local or direct supplier deliveries may remain simpler until enough stores justify a full import network.
Avoid copying fixed route-capacity numbers from old Early Access posts. Vehicle, warehouse, driver, and manager limits may be affected by skill or balance changes; the current UI should be treated as authoritative.
Version note
The responsibility chain comes from developer answers and the official feature description, checked against the 1.0 Build 3674 snapshot on September 2, 2026.
