Choose a job before choosing a vehicle
Big Ambitions supports public transport, personal cars, delivery vehicles, and—in 1.0—a private-driver service. These solve different problems. A fast personal car reduces travel time; a cargo vehicle reduces manual supplier trips; a warehouse vehicle becomes part of an automated route.
Do not rank vehicles by price alone. Compare the capacity needed for the intended job, acquisition and repair cost, parking or warehouse requirements, and how often the bottleneck actually occurs.
Manual stock movement
An early cargo upgrade is useful when repeated wholesaler runs consume the hours needed to operate or plan the business. Before buying, estimate how many trips the present vehicle requires and whether supplier delivery would cost less than ownership and repairs.
The correct capacity depends on products and business volume. This guide intentionally does not copy Early Access cargo tables into Build 3674.
Warehouse route vehicles
A warehouse vehicle needs a driver and Logistics Manager configuration before it can serve locations. Buying a larger truck cannot fix missing stock, an unscheduled driver, or an incomplete destination plan. Diagnose that chain before replacing the vehicle.
The 1.0 private driver
The 1.0 announcement describes a contract with Onyx Luxury Chauffeurs: provide a vehicle through its garage, then summon the driver for travel. This is a convenience system rather than warehouse logistics. Treat its cost as a lifestyle or time-saving decision, not an automatic profit upgrade.
Version note
Vehicle roles and the private-driver feature are sourced to official 1.0 material checked September 2, 2026. Purchase recommendations are mixed because route volume, budget, and personal priorities vary.
