IRON NEST Requisition and Upgrades Guide

This IRON NEST requisition and upgrades guide covers ammunition, charges, recon, movement, and progression choices without inventing a universal build.

Requisition is mission capacity

The requisition console supplies resources such as shells, powder charges, reconnaissance, and repositioning support. Progression also unlocks additional ammunition and battlefield-control abilities. Spending is therefore part of the solution, not a separate shop screen.

Before buying an optional tool, preserve the shells and charges needed to finish the confirmed objective.

Spend against uncertainty

  • Buy ammunition and charges when the remaining required shots cannot be executed from current stock.
  • Request reconnaissance when target uncertainty is more dangerous than its cost.
  • Use specialized ammunition when the mission requires penetration, screening, illumination, or another specific effect.
  • Reserve movement or battlefield control for a threat or information problem it can actually solve.

The community basics guide describes priority targets as a source of additional requisition in challenge play and warns that resources may not carry between sessions. Check the current mode’s interface rather than applying one mode’s economy to another.

There is no universal best upgrade order

Procedural objectives and different target information change the value of reconnaissance, ammunition, and control options. A broad tier list cannot know which target set, medal condition, or remaining stock is present in the current operation.

A better rule is to identify the failure risk—insufficient effect, missing position, exposure to counter-battery, or depleted supply—and buy the smallest tool that removes it.

Version note

Available categories are based on official descriptions and community documentation reviewed September 2, 2026. Exact costs and best-order claims remain mixed for version 1.0 (1663).
