Release answer
WheelMates launched on Steam for Windows PC on September 1, 2026. Firevolt announced a US base price of $19.99 with a 10% launch discount. Both the discount and regional totals are time-sensitive, so the live Steam cart is the correct source for today’s amount.
The store lists WheelMates as a full release, not Early Access. Steam app 3905450 is the paid game, while the separately downloadable Friend’s Pass lets the invited second player join an owner.
Console plan
In its August developer Q&A, Firevolt said Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch versions were planned for the first half of 2027. That is a window rather than a guaranteed date, which is why this answer is marked mixed despite the PC launch being verified.
Snapshot boundary
This Wiki covers hotfix build 25066538 as researched September 2, 2026. Future store discounts, console dates, bundles, and platform features may change without altering the September 1 Steam release.
