Halloween: The Game Best Civilian for Your Role

Halloween The Game best civilian choices depend on your job. Compare movement, persuasion, tools, and early Marcus and Tanya recommendations responsibly.

Read the four stats as different jobs

IllFonic distinguishes Athleticism for movement, Personality for resident interactions and resistance, Resourcefulness for technical tasks and tool use, and Capability for physical combat. A large total does not explain whether a character fits what you intend to do.

Our recommendation is to identify the failure you want to solve. If you repeatedly struggle to move between tasks, emphasize mobility. If your group cannot progress resident interactions, evaluate persuasion. If it cannot use an escape opportunity efficiently, look at the relevant technical strengths.

What the early comparison actually says

GamesRadar’s September civilian comparison favors Marcus and Tanya. It values Marcus’s access tool and Tanya’s information-gathering ability, with movement and practical task efficiency weighted heavily. That is a useful outside recommendation, not an official ranking or a promise that they dominate every group composition.

The article’s ranking is also narrower than a permanent roster reference. Do not infer that every announced character is represented, or that an omitted character is unavailable.

Make a repeatable choice

Keep one civilian for several matches, learn the signature trait, and compare outcomes against a specific job. Then change characters if the same limitation keeps appearing. Swapping after every loss makes it difficult to distinguish character fit from unfamiliar maps or team coordination.

This page does not reproduce a complete tier list or claim first-hand balance testing. Use the early recommendation as a starting comparison and reassess after full-release patches.
