Minimum PC specification
Plan for Windows 11, 16 GB of RAM, DirectX 12, and 50 GB of free storage. Steam lists an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600, paired with a GeForce GTX 1070, Radeon RX 5700, or Intel Arc A580 as the minimum CPU and GPU tier.
The recommended tier rises to a Core i7-10700K or Ryzen 5 5600X, 32 GB RAM, and a GeForce RTX 3070, Radeon RX 6700 XT, or Intel Arc A770. Both tiers require a 64-bit processor and operating system.
Storage versus download size
Steam asks for 50 GB of available space, which is the safe planning figure for installation and patching. SteamDB measured the launch Windows depot at roughly 31.76 GiB installed and 30.86 GiB downloaded. Those figures are not contradictory: store requirements commonly leave working room for extraction and future updates.
Performance caution
Meeting a published minimum does not promise a particular frame rate or resolution. The launch known-issues list included several crash and performance investigations, so update drivers, leave storage headroom, and check current patch notes before diagnosing a system that only barely meets the floor.
