Follow one diagnostic loop
Identify the module before interpreting it. The observing player reports position, shape, color, text, or state without guessing the answer. The manual reader selects the relevant rule and states one action. The operator repeats it and waits for confirmation.
Correct the process
After a mistake, locate the failed handoff: wrong module, missing state, wrong rule, or wrong physical action. This is more useful than blaming a role. Procedural and hazard combinations can alter the pressure around a known module, so verify the current state each time instead of memorizing an isolated solution.
